This is in a quiet little residential neighborhood. There was free parking on the street. Easy access via a passcode sent to me by email. I never even spoke with the a person which was great. At first when I came into the house there was a bunch of voices, they were from the people who lived in the house upstairs. We could hear music when we were in the bathroom of our room, but it didn't play too late. The room is located downstairs, there are two of them down there and a little gym and sitting area. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The bathroom was well equipped and quite nice. The area is equipped with some motion sensor lights which turned on during the night if we moved too much. There is a door to the bed room that you could use that would alleviate that. However, the light is incredibly right when you go to use the washroom at night.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a HOTEL QUALITY ROOM in the 'basement' of this modest residential home. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, huge large screen high def TV, excellent adjacent bathroom, connecting small hall had coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Excellent facility and value. Met the owners, who live in the home - very friendly and helpful.
