Clean, quiet, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and fun board games available. 5 min drive to local grocery stores. 2 min drive to Kingston beach and restaurants.

Very clean, tidy and well stocked with essentials e.g with tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and toiletries. (Having milk in the fridge when we arrived was really appreciated as all shops were closed!) Good heating and hot water supply, excellent linen (towels &sheets) and laundry facilities (washer, dryer, washing line and even some washing powder provided). Outside BBQ worked great.

Great location. Short walk to the town beach. Everything you can think of supplied. Leo our host even messaged to say he would put the aircon on for us before we arrived as it was an unusually hot day in Kingston.
