This is an exceptional accommodate. The view across Kingston Beach from the large lounge window is world class. We could fault nothing in the stylish modern house, which is equipped with all comforts required when on vacation. The location is superb and I can confirm, a walk of only minutes to eateries and drinker's on the shores of the River Derwent.

Communication was very good after the booking and letting them know of our arrival was a snap. We liked how everything was just setup for our stay, from the pantry, frig. and complimentary wine. Toys for children, yoga mat, beach towels you always forget and plenty of bathroom towels. Sliding door on our bedroom we could listen to the ocean and feel the sea breeze. Very comfortable bed sheets. Convenient to the beach, footpath out the side fence gate. If you like cooking there is a large oven, we did a roast. Clothes line to hang our wetsuits on. Laundry and well appointed bathroom. Very hard to shift our eight year girl from the warm shower. TV, wifi reception and streaming services all great. We were staying to visit friends in Tasmania who had children, like us. We emailed the hosts if our friend’s children could stay over for a sleepover and they quickly replied to say that was fine.

Amazing views and easy beach access via the little path. My fussy mother could not find a single fault...except she thought the bed in the den could be upgraded. Otherwise a perfect place to call home for the week.
