Beautiful modern spacious 4 bed house with stunning view of the ocean. They have 2 large bedrooms with ensuites plus another shared bathroom and laundry downstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs and the other bedroom with ensuite downstairs together with a smaller double room and room with bunk beds downstairs. The kitchen was great with everything you could possible need. They had a drawer full of condiments, spices, cereals, coffee, tea which we appreciated. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen and also cooked on the bbq outside. They have a lovely big garden. The air con unit upstairs came in handy, as did the bedroom fans. The house is close to Kingscote which has a pub and a supermarket plus chemist etc. The location is very good base for getting around the island.

The space and the view were lovely. Location was convenient. We enjoyed the leisurely walk into town a couple of times. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the quality of the soft furnishings. The bed was extremely comfortable.
