The position of the unit was exceptionally brilliant. The balcony had perfect views but I must say that the unit itself is outdated. Could do with an updated furniture and make it more comfortable. We found that the balcony area was not clean and there was used towels hanging up behind the bathroom door dirty. the lounge suite was cracked and badly needs to be updated the same with the dishwasher. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient walk to Kingscliffe Main Street.

Location perfect. Grounds excellent gardens and maintenance of gardens. Great having beach on one side instead of road or cars etc. if you wanted to cook fam meals there was everything needed in kitchen. Probably only issue for me was that the light in the second bedroom was too light at night due to shutters and not block out blinds, so the outdoor lights and early morning made room never dark. Our family live further up Kingscliff street so it was perfect for us and they could bike down to visit us. Kingscliff has everything you need, without all the crowds-so much like the old days at Gold Coast and Tugun where our fam were from. We wouldn’t bother staying anywhere but Sunrise Cove in future. Didn’t meet any staff so can’t comment there. Thank you for a fab end to our holiday.
