Downstairs lounges with book cases. Breakfast Tea and coffee facilities in bedroom Storage and bedside lamp in bedroom.

Old fashioned but I have no problem with that the hotel is a farmhouse hotel and it was a lovely setting and very quiet with great canal walks if required . Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great home cooked breakfast. Also had an evening meal that again was excellent and great value for money. The trip was to play golf at the nearby Belfry Golf Course. Will definitely be staying at the Brook Marston Farm Hotel when we come down to play golf again.
