Lovely pool and great room. Staff very helpful. Great airport shuttle - they collected us after flight changed from the Serengeti and we arrived an hour early.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location and free airport shuttle. Spa AMAZING! Had the best massage there! Spacious and clean room.

It is an airport hotel, very functional, staff were friendly. Only around 10 minutes from Kilimanjaro Airport so a great location. Complimentary shuttle bus which was great. We ate there in the evening, the food was ok, but pricey and far more expensive than it should have been, but you're trapped there. We had much better quality meals in Arusha for a lot less. Air conditioning was very good. We would stay there again if our circumstances were the same, purely out of convenience for the airport, not for any other reason.

Lovely friendly staff, great airport shuttle to Kilimanjaro airport , very nice pool, beautiful relaxing grounds. Nice spacious accommodation with comfy bed and good shower!
