The view, nothing but fields, and horses in field next door. The peace and quiet! Watching the hawks, birds etc from the balcony. Abundance of equipment for cooking. The beds were extremely comfy, shower was fantastic! Heating was excellent, and lounge area was comfy as well. We would without a doubt come back, if for nothing more than the fantastic views, and peacefulness, even more so, if the issues below were sorted. On the whole a fabulous place to stay, with great views, and equipment. Hosts were fabulous, and didn't bother you at all. Unless you needed them.

Food shopping can be done in Kings Lynn which is only 4 miles away. The appartment itself is modern, clean and well equipped. I think I would have preferred the location to be a bit nearer to Norwich where there are more places to visit. In any event the place was excellent and I would recommend.

Everything was great for a family of four who wanted to stay as close as you can get to peace and tranquility. Thanks to the owner for providing this kind of service. One very important thing, the beds were absolutely great!
