Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in and must be staying at the property. Additional Note:
The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional set up fee.

Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a fine for smoking in the house.
Pets are not allowed. There will be a fine for any unauthorized pets.
Due to fire regulations and egress requirements, the ground floor bedroom is not available for guests. We have not listed this fifth room in our property details and no bedding will be provided there.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
