No Breakfast included but there are some cute cafe's in the area that are about 2km away, can walk or drive depending on what you consider walking distance. Great yard for the dogs, and killcare beach is dog friendly to.

Wonderful views from the balcony- we spent a great deal of time enjoying them while we ate and chatted. Spacious- plenty of room for 9 people. Well stocked with kitchen essentials.
