Great location to stay as a launchpad for the exploration of the national park, beautiful view from the 2nd floor windows too. Quiet and calm with all the amenities, except for some kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, coffee and etc. would be great to have, since the location is more remote.

Lovely peaceful location with easy access to Killarney and the national park. Comfortable, warm cottage with all necessary amenities. Large, comfortable bed. John, who runs the place, is lovely and more than happy to help. He runs a very tight ship and the cottages are very well maintained.

this place is a hidden gem, not far from Killarney and a great location to stay. Perfect spot to launch a tour around the Ring of Kerry. Host was great, came over to see if everything was alright.. would stay there again

Beautiful tranquil countryside setting. A cottage full of character - as like to staying in a traditional Irish home as you could get, but with all modern facilities - dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and a well equipped kitchen. John was a delightful host, available if we needed, but left us in peace to come and go as we pleased. We were there out of school holidays so no children around, but there was enough space around each cottage that we were completely undisturbed by the other guests. Comfortable bed, good sized room. Quaintly but comfortably furnished semi-open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. We were just two people in a cottage that could sleep nine, with one single bed on the landing and three bedrooms, and I think that would be a touch crowded, but extremely good value.
