The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The couple of issues we had were solved immediately and I was very impressed and grateful (gave us a heater when we were a bit cold and when there was an issue with hot water they sent up maintenance straight away and it was fixed so quickly) Loved the separate bath and shower Location was Brilliant Generous tea and coffee facilities in the room Spacious room Huge bed Parking right outside

The hotel was in a great location it was walking distance to the centre but just outside so the noise of the city at night wasn't an issue at all, there was plenty of parking aswell which was great
