Staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant; food in both restaurants was so good, with a good choice of dishes available; the hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas, gorgeous atmosphere; room was big and very comfortable; shuttle bus into town was a real bonus and lovely, local driver. We were there for the Citizenship Ceremony and it ran like clockwork, huge credit to all the staff at the Gleneagle!

Fabulous hotel with great staff. The customer service was excellent, each member of staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. A special mention to Philomena who looks after food & beverages. Philomena was so helpful and accommodating when I had a special request. Philomena was bubbly and chatty each morning and very kind towards the children staying in the hotel. The food is delicious and the late night hot snack options were a bonus. There is nightly entertainment with lots of room for everyone to have a great time. The leisure facilities are great and the pool is open till 8. The rooms are fabulous and the beds are very comfortable.
