the location was close to limerick 30 min drive. beautiful scenery and so quit and peaceful. the breakfast was all free-range products and the host had a chat with us while she was doing breakfast. we had a lovely stay thank you

Great host, very accommodating and an amazing breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens out the back of the house! Would recommend to anyone to stay.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom with very comfortable bed..The shower is a good size with great power. Friendly staff ,plenty of parking. Wonderful breakfast with homemade marmalade and organic eggs from hosts own hens! Lovely location close to killaloe.

A lovely warm welcome from our host. A lovely b&b. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Special thanks for facilitating an early breakfast as I was going to Nenagh to run a half marathon. A nice touch to go out of their way for us.
