Warm welcome from Margareth. The room is basic but functional, and clean. Overall exactly what you would expect from a guest room ! Would recommend.

There was a naturally warm, flexible welcome and the same at departure. The accommodation had all we needed for our stay in kilkenny. It's an excellent location if you want to experience the city on foot and is perfectly located for the train station. Will definitely stay again.

The location was great and host Margaret warm and welcoming. Parking was nearby in a public car park for a small cost. Parking can be hard to find so this was a bonus. Margaret recommended a fantastic pub with live music for dinner and a great cafe for breakfast. The accommodation was great for our one night stopover on the way to Killarney from Belfast.
