The place is lovely and cozy, really admire how they have managed to get everything you need into a small space. The location with the view of the mountains was beautiful, wish I had more time to spend there

The hut has everything you need for thee perfect stay, Linda couldn't have done enough for us!! The bed was so comfortable, has everything you need and more. Cranfield beach was a very short walk away, the outside area is quite and beautiful views of the mountains. We have stayed in many cabins, huts and lodges. But this one I must say has been are favourite. We most definitely will be back!!

This was our Second stay at The Shepherds hut, just perfect… Very clean, everything you need. Close to the beach, We walked to Greencastle as well…

Place was gorgeous and just what I needed. The provided scones were fantastic, and there was even butter and milk in the fridge, with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar all free too! Bed was enormously comfy, all facilities were great, and I was well taken care of. On the first day the electric tripped but I was very quickly taken care of and was shown how to reset it, but that was okay as it didn't happen again. Definitely recommend for a solo adventure to get some private time away, or for a quirky couple looking for something different!
