The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in.

The Resort World is the best place to stay. It is not my first time there. When I went to Terengganu, Resort World was my first choice. I still remember the sound of traditional gendang in the morning and during sunset. There were also souvenir shops, batik for shopping, and the spa, which was a very relaxing experience. I hope the management will bring all of these back again

I loved the atmosphere n ambience the resort exudes. Upon arrival, it wraps you up in tranquility and a sense of comfort. Concierge help to get our bags to the designated rooms was a plus point indeed after a long, tiring journey. I especially liked that the tv provided a variety of clear 'watchable' channels!
