Lovely spacious room, good in-room facilities and great food. The reception staff are professional and so helpful. The f&b staff go above and beyond, remembering preferences and always friendly and chatty. More like a 5* hotel. The manager was often on hand and made a point of introducing himself and checking all was to my satisfaction. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off with a drink after a busy day too!

Breakfast could improve. English breakfast would be preferred. Variety in milk- Lactose free milk for example
