Location is very good, few minutes walk from Independence Square and Golden Gate. Perfect private parking possibility. Wi-Fi was good and stable. The owner - Irina, was very kind, waited for us to arrive about 22:00 h and explained everything. All facilities and kitchen equipment needed were at place, even some water, tea and sugar were available.
