Cannot say much good. Normal apartment, normal approval, normal (standard) payment process. Clean room. It was good to be able to checkin earlier than standard checkin time. Nothing unexceptional or excellent.

Great location. Staff is not present at the property, but they are excellent about answering the phone and they spoke perfect English. The place is spotless. Great view. Small free parking lot behind the building, but I usually found a spot. If there are no spots, there's plenty of parking on the street also for free. There's a code for the main door so you can get inside the building, but you need keys for the apartment door and another interior door. Shared laundry.
