Upon check-in guests booking the non-refundable rate must provide same credit card as stated in the reservation in order to secure payment procedure.The hotel has a bomb shelter on -2 level, equipped with a powerful ventilation system, chairs and beds, sufficient provision of water and food, respiratory protective equipment, and protective gear against nuclear, chemical, or bacteriological threats.Please be informed that the SPA area will be temporarily closed from July 31st to August 17th, 2025 due to annual maintenance and service improvements.
During this period, the Fitness room and SPA treatments (upon prior reservation) will remain available for your comfort.

My profession and work require me to travel frequently around the world and stay in various hotels. I have a wealth of experience. But today, as I left my room at the Premier Palace Hotel | Kyiv, I couldn't help but express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. The accommodations are excellent, quite comparable to a five-star hotel. The staff is truly polite and welcoming—you can feel it from the very first moment. The breakfast is wonderful, the European cuisine is superb, and, of course, my favorite—Ukrainian. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right in the center of Kyiv! Thank you, and I hope to stay at this luxurious Premier Palace Hotel | Kyiv again.

Everything! From the accommodating front staff to the lovely and welcoming concierge Denis!! The food was outstanding and the spa is excellent. Victoria’s massages are out of this world!! And the spa facilities are truly one of the best U’ve been to across Europe!! The location is super central and a stone thrown from the main street Kreschatyk. I would particularly like to point out that the hotel has a well-equipped bomb-shelter in the basement with comfy beds and fresh linen so I always felt safe and protected during air raid alerts!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who considers travelling to Kyiv and would definitely stay there the next time!! Thank you the wonderful team:))

Hotel exceeds our expectations - we visited just after our wedding, with a wish to relax at the spa and use swimming pool. We were pleasantly surprised at reception when we got a free room upgrade to Wedding Suite. The stuff at the hotel is very nice and helpful, spa and pool is amazing and included in room rate. The hotel has a variety of restaurants - chinese, european cuisine. The hotel also has an underground parking which can be used as shelter during air alarm.

Everything is perfect and it is amazing that even during the war and strong decline in customers numbers the hotel is keeping the level of services.
