the small room is completed renovated. Clean and bright You can live inside. Good position near metro station, bakery and cofee bar for early breakfast. Friendly owner.

it’s a really small accommodation with separate bathroom and an own tiny kitchen, but it’s obvious from the name. still, it’s a good value for money in Kyiv)

Awesome location, 4 min walk from subway, 16-ish min walk from Unit.city, 3 stops away from Maidan. Very practical layout, small fridge, microwave, inductive cooking panel if you have time & willingness (i didn't), shower & wc, even i think i saw a washing machine (that i didn't use).

In a very tiny apartment, you have all the things you need. It is designed carefully. The owner answered all the questions with a smiling face, which is difficiult to find in Ukraine, and corresponded all our needs just like an extra chair and a new water boiler. You dont need anyting at home. If you smoke, ask for a room with a balcony. It was a great stay.
