Amazing property with all essential facilities. Perfect location in the heart of Kyiv, close to the metro and bus stops. The apartment is located on one of the lower floors, which is a plus for safety. Pet-friendly (for an additional fee), with a comfortable bed and sofa — easily accommodates up to three people. The wide balcony offers plenty of sunshine, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Early morning check-in was possible for an extra charge, which was a great convenience. An invoice was also provided, which was appreciated.

Flat corresponds to the photos, third floor is rather accessible even with no elevator Nice location, easy self check-in and check out instructions. Flat has towels, spoons, cups, basic cutlery. Wifi was stable and enough for zoom calls Wardrobe, table, coach - all was comfortable and useful Bed comfortably further from the windows, which is great in current situation Overall if you are okay staying in studio, don't need hot shower, it is the comfortable option in the center
