The staff were nice. The hotel is located near the metro station that is also a shelter when the air raid alert goes on.

The standard room. near metro. friendly staff. room cleaning. there is a refrigerator, TV, lots of towels, shower caps, foam soap and shampoo. the room is clean, tidy.
