The hotel had electricity and hot water the whole time was there, even when the city was suffering blackouts due to the war.

Given the current situation in Ukraine, where temperatures range from -10 to -20 degrees, this is the best option for staying warm and having electricity, hot water, and heating. It's very clean and in a perfect location.

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. It's in a nice location between the city centre and the main train station. Decent sized room and ours had a balcony. Had fridge, kettle, things you'd need. TV was in working order and the bathroom was fine too.
