Difficult to find. Address requires up dating. Searched for a long time before I found it Amazing location close to St. Sophia cathedral. Situated in a high security area but reception gave me a special pass for checkpoint so no problem Could walk to places of interest easily Only 1 lady in kitchen to prepare breakfast so slow Otherwise a nice stay

Staff went above and beyond. They allowed me to check in like 2 hours early. They reduced my laundry bill because some of my items of clothing like socks and underwear were small. They gave me recommendations and were generally nice to chat to. This includes everyone from reception, to restaurant and cleaning staff. The room was also nice and spacious. The restaurant was very simple, but it was nice to have.

The staff are real heroes! Thank you for maintaining the hotel with all the facilities during the war, with the friendly staff in a good humour, with all the cleanliness and comfort. The major advantage is safety. I was sure the property was totally safe despite the war. Thanks for the tea facilities in the room, and the table. Yes there are obvious wartime-related problems which affect the access to the hotel, but I'm not going to tell about them here, and for me, there's no disadvantage at all.
