The hotel offers studio apartment-type rooms with a bed area and a small kitchen area with all the necessary cooking vessels and arrangements to fix yourself basic meals. There is also a microwave oven and a cooking range included. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and less than 10 mins walk from the metro station. The staff was extremely efficient and accommodating. I travelled to Kyiv twice in April and the staff helped me get the same room the second time upon request. They also allowed a few hours more of extra time for checkout upon request. The apartment building also features a basement shelter and a generator for uninterrupted electricity and Internet services which was important for my work.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made my stay comfortable. The staff are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfasts are served according to a menu, and the portions are large and very filling.

Cozy hotel with great and friendly staff. Staff was helping and giving best support throughout the stay. They gave proper instructions on how to act in case of air raid alarm activation.
