This is a small family-run hotel, and the family running it lives there themselves during the war. The hotel is located on the ground floor, partly below the street level. That makes it safer during missile attacks. They are the nicest people I've ever met, and you'll feel as you're part of their family. They also run a coffee kiosk where you pay if you're able, otherwise all drinks are free. So expect just that: A family run hotel with all the quirks that comes with that. You will be lovingly taken care of, but don't expect five-star facilities. Also the rates are very modest.

I would like to highlight the great welcome from the personal, especially from Veronika, who has done a very professional job and assistance to me. She has helped me with everything I needed and she has been very kind too. The room was perfect so I could not have asked anything else. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for a room for 3 adults, and this hotel offered the best price and location (7 minute walk from the railway station). Upon arrival we were surprised by a nice design (both inside and outside). The beds were really comfortable, the room was clean, the stuff was friendly. Perfect choice!
