Wow!! Where do I start? I cannot say enough about this amazing hotel. I rarely take the time to write an indepth review however this hotel deserves to be recognized for their outstanding service in all departments. The cleanliness, food and room were absolutely amazing. However the service was above and beyond. Let's stay with Heike. The most amazing lady at the front desk. While at Hamburg airport, the staff there lost my mother's rollator(mobility walker). Shipping out on a cruise the next day we were frantically trying to find a new one. Because we don't speak German we approached Heike if she could call the medical aid store in town and assist us in helping us purchase a new one since we only had one hour left before they closed. She not only helped us but she had a taxi waiting for us and immediately had our room all organized so we only had to drop our luggage and go. Absolute sweet soul of a lady. She truly went above and beyond doing front desk work for the hotel. Keep up the good work, Comfort Hotel Tom Kyle!! 5 stars and beyond for all of you lovely folks.

Extremely wonderful staff. So kind as my wife suffer from cancer and stay in UKSH. They gave me free parking as a gift. The breakfast was really good. Also free coffee all time available. It’s a really great small hotel with great service.
