A good option for a couple of nights in Khiva. The hotel is a good location, clean and with a really nice layout including a roof terrace. Breakfast had a good range of options and the staff were friendly.

Wonderful location in the middle of the old city, and easily accessible from the east gate. The property is well kept, and clean. It's run by a lovely family, who are very hospitable and warm. Bonus, the breakfast served is superb!

Ulli Oy has some really nice hosts, as well as great rooms, a nice roof terrace and an exquisite breakfast. We really enjoyed our time in Xiva because of this.
