Staff is very friendly, the hotel itself needs some work, breakfast is opulent. So- somehow it’s a good location for road movie filming.

We spent great time in Khiva Palace Hotel, the staff was very kind and helpfull. Shihnazar helped us with transfer from airport and how to get to the places. The room was big for our family, we are 5 people, and was very quite. I suggest this hotel for families! Near there are many markets and the old Town is just 5 minutes by car. Top!!!👍

Everything was perfect!!! The breakfast, the room, the beds, the balcony. The location is 7 minutes by taxi from the city center.
