The breakfast here was excellent, really complete — perfect to start the day with energy before heading out into Khiva’s heat. The room was spacious and comfy, just right for two people, and everything was clean. The location is a big plus: right inside the old city, so it’s easy to come back for a break from the sun. Everything you need is close by. Great value for the price.

The location is exactly inside Ichan Qala and walkable to all the sites. Goos atmosphere and quiet as it is family run guesthouse. The woman who serve all the guests need was friendly and trie her best. My room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast provided was good too.

The hotel is inside Khiva's walls, which made possible to walk all around during day and night and reach all attractions within the city on foot. The breakfast was good and one morning that I needed to leave earlier than its starting time, the owner gave me food to take away with me, this was really nice. The room I had was big with a table to work inside.
