Everything was perfect that we enjoyed our stay so much. Location right in front of Ichan Kala with lovely terrace and great choices of breakfast, staffs can speak English well and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very nice Family owned Hotel with excellent breakfast and very nice owner in the center of Xiva! Ideal for a shorter or even longer stay in the beautiful City of Xiva!

The view from my room was fantastic! Khiva is so beautiful and the location of this hotel was perfect to enjoy Ichan Kala. I loved the terraces too - it was good to be able to dit and enjoy the view. I loved that guests were asked to remove shoes in the hotel: it made it feel really relaxed and homely. Staff were lovely - really pleasant and helpful.

The location is excellent; you can get directly to the back door by taxi. And the young guy came out to help us carry our luggage. The room is clean and comfortable. The owners' son is gentle and patient, always thoughtfully helping us solve problems and asking if we need any help. Having breakfast on the balcony feels amazing. Going out to the square at night is very pleasant. If we get a chance to come to Khiva again, we will definitely choose Nazira again. Welcome to China~(Message by Yuan😁
