Authentic place to stay, feel welcome, nice room (maybe a bit small for two people but I was on my own), good location (close to the train station, very close to the eastern gate), good breakfast.

One of my favourite hotels ever. Located in a 100-year-old madrasah (school) and super charming. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Location is just outside the east gate so nice and quiet but near the old center. Staff members are all wonderful and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

The building and rooms are so beautiful and atmospheric, it really feels special. Additionally the staff are great, all really helpful and always smiling, with great English. The location is a 15 minute direct walk up the street from the train station, then a 5 minute walk to the Old City (East) gate.

Fantastic hotel run by amazing staff. Hotel was clean, simple and at a great location just outside the east gate of the old town. Great views from the tower too
