stay in this hotel for two days. super good reception, during my stay, i was invited to staff's wedding, so much soft hearted, the location is also fantastic, inside the xiva old city, walk to everywhere is close. mom will prepare the breakfast by herself. strongly recommend to stay there.

This guest house is right in the old town and easy to find. The rooms are comfortable, amenities are good, and breakfast is generous and varied. The family running it are very kind and helpful, and there are cute cats! Would recommend to anyone staying in Khiva.

It's a nice and clean family guesthouse, located in the Khiva historic town, close to the main sightseeing points. Rooms are nicely and traditionally decorated and equipped with all necessary facilities, and their size, despite all the comments I have seen on booking.com, is really okay. The property owners do not speak English very well, but they are very friendly and helpful.
