Great location right in the middle of the old town. Nice room and great hosts. She can also cook meals for you including Khiva specialties for about 50,000. Breakfast was included with the room and was a massive spread.

Comfortable stay and great staff. Can easily communicate using the translator app despite using different language, as they try to accommodate to my needs.

I was feeling unwell throughout my stay in Khiva and the stay here was comfortable while I was recovering. The staff tried their best to cater to my needs and I really appreciate it

Location is excellent in the old town of Khiva. Family were very welcoming and breakfast was fresh and traditional. It was perfect for exploring and very clean.
