This is a family run guesthouse that has got everything right: Clean, comfortable rooms, good facilities (great aircon and internet), fabulous breakfast, amazing central location in the old town, a roof terrace and bags of charm. But the best part of this property is the host family. I hurt my back whilst in Khiva. The care they provided for me was heartwarming. They accompanied me to a private clinic, provided transport, translation and helped administer medicine. I will be forever grateful. My opinion of the accomodation would be the same irrespective of this treatment. I highly recommend this property.

The location was very close to the heart of the old town , very quiet , the breakfasts were excellent and our room was very spacious . The hosts were friendly and helpful.We will recommend this place to our friends.Thank you for this very pleasant stay.

Great location, very short walk to basically anything, very good breakfast, and very helpful staff, lovely family owned little hotel, we would return.
