Amazingly central location, cute guesthouse but most of all the hospitality from the owner was unbelievable, he had a little new years feast for us on arrival and let us stay in our room until our train. Organised us a transfer to the train station. I would recommend this as the only place to stay in Khiva!

Convenient to sight see the old city. Warm and kind family guest house. Had some issue for the room but kindly let us use the other room. Helped us hire taxi from airport.
