A great location within the old walled city of Khiva. This is a family run guesthouse and they could not have been more welcoming. Arranged our transfers and a day visiting the desert fortresses. Room was kept clean and there was an excellent breakfast. Thank you to the family for such a great stay.

A lovely place to stay in Khiva - a sweet family guest house. Is very centrally located and walking distance to main sites. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff, and a nice breakfast. Good value for money.

Everything was perfect. The guesthouse is cozy, clean and location in the middle of the old city. The owner and his family were extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

Location was perfect. Nice cozy room. It was relaxing that we take off our shoes before entering the hotel. Breakfast was great. I loved drinking beer in their lovely courtyard!
