The breakfast has a good variety not to mention a really lovely environment to dine in. Location of the hotel just a stone throw away from the old city and we were greeted every morning by the local children as we walk to the old city. The hotel decor is tastefully done and really feels like an oasis to come back to after a day out in a rather sandy Khiva. The staff are a fantastic bunch!

In my 40 years of travelling and having stayed in hotel across nearly 100 countries, rarely have I come across a hotel with better customer orientation and attention to detail. From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby we were greeted with big smiles, pomegranate juice and a variety of snacks! Very quickly we were offered an early check in (SO appreciated after a long over night flight). Bed was super comfy, everything squeaky clean, new and modern. And during our stay no request was too much trouble for the hotel staff, who all went well out of their way to make sure our stay was unforgettable and memorable. I am giving the hotel a 10 rating, only because I can’t give it more. 😊 If you ever go to Khiva, look no further. Bankir Khiva is your home away from home!
