It is a small family run guesthouse in the old city of Khiva, 5 minutes away (on foot) from the main attractions, and 2 minutes away from the Northern Gate (under the gate there are some grocery shops). The room was very comfortable and clean. The hosts treated us as if we were family members, with great hospitality. They are kind, friendly and help with any issue, question or need you might have. The daughter in law prepared every day a hearty, very tasty fresh breakfast. It was very rich and varied, suitable for any taste. For an extra fee we have eaten tasty, rich, home prepared lunch. The entire family helps in the guesthouse. The area is quite, very clean, friendly. We loved the bench in front of the house as well as the children playing in the evening, or the ladies of various houses gathering for a chat. Attanazar (the head of the family) arranged for us airport transfer with a friend of his, Ganisher; he also assisted us in changing money into local currency. Ganisher arranged for us comfortable, reliable, punctual private transfers, as well as beautiful excursions around Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand (he recommended itineraries and we took his advice). We definitely recommend both the House of Attanazar as well as the services of Ganisher. This will make not only your experience in Khiva better, but also in the other main stations of the Silk Road of Uzbekistan.

Wonderful little guest house tucked away in a quiet street off Ichin Qala it's like a home away from home. Spotlessly clean lovely family and dinner available in the evening

Very kind and hospitable owner, very well equipped room, everything clean, nice wooden furniture, comfortable beds, perfect breakfast and during the wintertime well heated room and the bathroom even a lot. Good location. We were satisfied here and we can recommend!

A wonderful, hospitable family, everyone is involved in making your stay live up to expectations. Breakfasts were delicious, every day something different, always some fruits. We couldn't eat it all:) The greatest hospitality of all the places we slept in Uzbekistan. We ordered dinner, we liked it very much (few types of pielmieni). The room was clean and spacious. A nice convenience was a kettle in the room and a table with chairs - this is not always a standard in Uzbekistan. Perfect location! The owner is always available, asks if everything is ok. There are only 2 rooms for guests, so it's intimate.
