Majid “A beautiful boutique hotel outside the Ichan Qala”

A boutique hotel housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century former school, now operating as both a hotel and a hostel. The hotel’s location is also ideal—just outside the castle, a mere 5-6 minute walk away. Umid, the manager, gave me an exceptionally warm and friendly welcome. He provided excellent recommendations about the city, and we had a great conversation. My room had four single beds, along with a spacious bathroom at the far end, complete with a large bathtub. Each bed came with its own power outlet and reading light. Towels (both bath and hand towels), soap, shampoo, and slippers were also provided. The room was equipped with air conditioning as well. A delicious breakfast awaits you in the morning.

Great Location Is not inside ancient walls, but close. It is a sort of caravanserray, with three rooms and a internal courtyard where relax or have breakfast Owner can helps you to organize some tour and all his family are absolutly lovely. Across “the river” there is one of my favorite restaurant in all Uzbekistan area. Try it.

Excellent location and less than 10 minutes walk to the main West Gate. You are away from the crowds. Staff could not have been more helpful, very peaceful. Very good value for money. The hotel arranged transport for us to/from the airport. The beds are over 2m long.

The team was very friendly when I arrived. Nice family, the dormitory was very clean (thank you), AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast and lovely courtyard!

I don’t know how this place isn’t more popular?? Had an amazing stay here. Nicest dorm room I’ve ever had, and the breakfast is incredible. Such an interesting building, and great location. Special shout out to the guy at reception who was so hospitable and made my stay here great
