Location is good. Its at the end of the main Khao Lak street. Its near to restaurants and bars. The staff are lovely, so helpful. They organised a late check out for us to 6pm on the date of departure for a cost of 1600bht. The air con is good.

The hotel location was good, close to the city center and services. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room price level was reasonable. The breakfast was quite adequate, at least for us.

Villa was large and comfortable and the gardens were very well maintained and felt very relaxing. Good breakfast and excellent dining in the Italian themed restaurant. Staff were very helpful.
