Quite large and green, the hotel offers spacious rooms and good service..Breakfast is decent, inhous restaurant as well. Location is the main advantage

I really liked the Seaview Resort. The facilities and pools were great. There are 3 Very large pools, and a jacuzzi area. The gardens and grounds are pretty. Whilst the resort is big, it still feels quiet and private and peaceful because of the gardens and different areas to rest and retreat. The beach is wonderful, and there are plenty of sun lounges. The sunset view at the beach and light house is memorable. Having a cocktail or dinner on the beach is really special. I like the Thai Style architecture and styling. The resort is also close to lots of other shops and restaurants and bars, its an easy walk.

great location, very nice place. A little big but can find your way around. Poor reception on TV in room and sewer smell from the sink .Overall a decent place to stay

The breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of dishes. However, I would have preferred the omelets to be spicier and to include more than the current 4-5 ingredient options. The hotel was nicely situated, and all the staff were very friendly. The pool was excellent. The hotel offered a serene and enjoyable environment, and we noticed there were hardly any Russian guests, which contributed to the overall relaxed atmosphere.

Yes, the hotel is a bit rundown but nowhere near the point of being uncomfortable. In fact we don't agree with other reviews highlighting this aspect. The position is excellent and the green lush surroundings add to the amazing value for money. Would happily return if in Khao Lak again.

Perfect choice for our first (10 days) stay in Khao Lak! Great and spacious room (Ocean Wing) - amazing pools and pool areas - very nice beach - excellent staff - great breakfast with a good hot and cold selection, including fine egg stations. Great location in walking distance to main street with restaurants, shops, tour operators etcetera. All in all: Will very probably be our choice next time as well :-)

Great and just by the beach, if thats your thing. The beds was great, the breakfast was great, the big poolarea was great, and it’s walking distance to everything.

Great location by the beach. Massive pools and the kids loved the slide. Convenient little short cut out the back to get to the main street.
