Room was very spacious, with a nice balcony. There is a total of 4 pools so they were never full. Some people didn't like the fact that the hotel was on a hill and people had to go up and down, also the hotel provides buggy service if needed. Very nice breakfast.

We spent a day in paradise. We got an upgrade to the beachfront private villa and it was like a dream.

This resort is next level beautiful! The staff and facilities were spot on- nothing was a hassle. If we asked for anything it was done straight away and the staff always had a smile . The location was just a short walk to restaurants and shopping and the beach and pools were lovely. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location of hotel was perfect, close to other restaurants and facilites along the beach and also near enough to walk into the centre of Khao Lak. Staff were all amazing,so friendly and helpful. Great facilities - good quality sun loungers, a mix of lunch spots, beautiful beach. The recreation team were brilliant and were trying out new activities for the kids when we were there - our son loved the ice lolly making. Our room location was perfect, and room very nice indeed. A really wonderful stay and we booked an extra night whilst there as we liked it so much I had an amazing facial.
