Happy, peaceful place to stay. Lovely smiley staff. Great pool with sunbeds and parasols. Tasty food in the bar/restaurant. Would recommend.

Loved the communal pool area, loved Khao Lak, top notch. Happy Lagoon is great but as a family it felt like a kick in the teeth to pay for the most expensive room (family) and get the worst rooms at the resort. The family rooms are awful compared to the villas surrounding the pool, tucked away at the back behind a water tower and dug in at basement level. For families this was the worst, you couldn’t do any pool/room moments as they were too separated and you could not sit out at night as the view was into a basement wall and full of mosquitoes due to the location. Just a bit rubbish really. I’d suggest families should instead book a bungalow and ask for an extra bed in there, your experience of an otherwise great resort will be so much better.

We booked just for one night and stayed actually 4 nights because it was just perfect for us. Restaurants, Shops and Beach only a short walk away. Staff was very friendly, room clean, good mattress and a nice swimming pool in a beautiful garden.
