Warm and large room. Hot water with decent sink to wet shave! Modern shower. Great substantial tasty breakfast and tea. Good parking area. Amiable hosts with helpful advice on local eateries. Decent WiFi

Beautiful large bedroom with a quirky en suite, a very interesting property with a very kind and friendly hostess. The location was ideal for us as we were attending an event in Newton st loe. An excellent breakfast, continental for me with fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants and sourdough toast and as much coffee as we wanted. Husbands full English also very good. Very handy for access to Bath and Bristol
