This was our 2nd visit to Victoria Cottage. We really like the cosy, well-equipped place. Excellent communication with the owner, too. It is situated in such a stunning part of Yorkshire and 3 pubs within a couple of minutes walking.

The cottage was very homely and everything was provided, including tea, coffee and a pint of milk on arrival. Beautiful village with excellent pubs and food nearby and amazing views of the Dales.

Location, coal fire with ample fuel provided, enough hot water for a deep bath after walking, kitchen facilities were excellent, simple and effective heating systems - lovely and warm on arrival and cosy throughout our stay. Fridge freezer was great. SMART tv. Handy items such as salt/pepper, cooking oil etc provided.

Excellent location. Cottage was well equipped , with WIFI . A coal fire with fuel provided . Also the owner rang to see if we arrived ok and that everything was satisfactory. That was really good of him.
