The cottage was lovely. Nice neighbours. Everything was cleaned well when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great for fell hiking and easy to get into the village as well as Keswick/Cockermouth. Suggest however you ask guests to turn off hot water tank over night to avoid the noise as there is plenty of hot water if just left on for a couple of hours in the evening. Also more energy efficient. Lovely little cottage and garden with fantastic views. Once the issue below is sorted we would recommend staying.
