A pleasant house in a great location and a really comfortable home with pleasant sitting room and well equipped kitchen. We were a group of friends and loved having the comfy sofas to lounge around on, also two bathrooms came in handy. Pelham House was also excellent value compared with other places we've stayed in Keswick.

Location was convenient - what I particularly like about Pelham was the heating. We came down Helvellyn sopping wet and needed to dry clothing. The heating was very fast/responsive.
