Great Guest House with On Site Parking. The location was perfect Just a !0-!5 min walk into Keswick Town Centre on the old railway track. The Room was well stocked with tea coffee etc. Wi-Fi Was Very Good. We had a Beautiful view of Hills. The Bed was Very Comfortable and The Shower was Great, Just what you need after a Hike with Super Soft Fluffy Towels. Breakfast was Exceptional with Lots of Choice and Plenty of it. Sue and Gary are Super Hosts. Very Friendly and Helpful with Lots of Knowledge and Tips for the Area. We look Forward to Staying Again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The owners were very friendly offering recommendations for local attractions and always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean, spacious and very confortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety.

Very clean, comfortable & fabulous breakfast. The hosts were very friendly & provided lots of helpful information. Very close to the steps to the railway line and a short walk into Keswick
